I have a EFI bronco with mustang mass air and I know the the mass air runs 40 psi. I think I read somewhere the Explorer EFI runs higher psi. Do I need a stronger pump than the e2000 I run now?

Are you running a return style fuel system, if so the E2000 is just fine. More fuel is simply bypassed back to the tank, heating the fuel in the tank.

Now if you are running the Explorer EFI with the Explorer non-return style fuel system, just use the stock Explorer fuel pump.
