Need help choosing wiper motor cover

I need help selecting the proper wiper motor cover for my 72. I’ve seen a few options but not sure what the best choice is. Any advice appreciated. Pic in link. Current wiper motor

A '72 would not have had the light in the bottom of the cover, if that's what you're asking.

There are a few different wiper motor covers available and I’m looking for the correct one.
