All Ford power disc brake conversion. I would say the steering but it's not so much of an upgrade, more of a replace every part and it now drives correctly......

For me I think letting it sit for 10 years and quit driving the hell out of it and patching it up.

One thing sticks out right now. Ron Davis alum. shroud. what a difference. Of course I haven't gone farther than the mailbox. (2mi.)

That's easy, Power steering. I'm only running 31s, but parking the thing make me feeling like Stallone in Over The Top!

The twin stick set up made a huge improvement for me, can't say I regret any of the work I've done to it.

I would say so far - 5 Speed conversion and New Tires. EFI would make the list for most wanted.

Disk brakes! Made driving it a lot less stressful. No more unintentional lane changes when the brakes were wet. No more panicking when there is a sudden stop in traffic on the freeway. Much easier to modulate than the old drums.

In order, I would say:

EFI
New wiring harness
ZF (or any other transmission besides the 3 speed)
Hydroboost

Agreed. This is really easy for me. Twin sticks.
That stupid "J" shifter had me afraid to go wheeling for years. It would get stuck in 4 wheel drive or worse yet get stuck in neutral.
I have put a/c in my eb, 4 wheel disc, WH Procar Rally 2000 bucket seats, a 351W, Detroits (close second), lower gears, etc......
The best mod was one of the cheapest "Twin sticks". I have TBP's but they're all good.
Twin sticks got me wheeling again......how can you beat that, right?

Hydroboost. Was pretty easy to do, and made a HUGE difference. Bought the truck with EFI so I can't count that. Looking to swap in a 5 speed at some point and thats the only improvement I can think of that would possibly knock hydroboost off the top of the list, but I doubt it
