Is anyone else having a problem getting to the Home page of CB.com?
I used the same link as always in my favorites but I kept getting Explorer cannot open Classic Broncos .com Operation Aborted.
I had to go to a page in the history to get back here?
Weird.

That is wierd I have had the same problem for quite some time and can't figure it out either. There are some days I can't get on at all.

I will have to go from the history next time I can't get it to come up. Mine used to have CB set as the home page but it kept getting locked up looking for CB that I switched to google.

It was working fine less than 2 hours ago. It is like something corrupted the link. Even now if I hit the CB logo at the top left it gives me a error.

This has been going on/off for the past 2-3 months. I think it's safe to assume, it's not our computers since the problem has been reported by several members.

I have been getting a wierd one lately (last two days) Internet explorer opens the site (I can see it) and then I get a pop up window that says IE cannot find the site classicbroncos.com, but I am looking right at it!

Wierd!

I thought it was just my computer. I have to access the site from a link in my favorites, I normally use the drop down tab.

When I couldn't get on I posted the question to Bfix and MEB. Of course I got a smart-a$$ answer from juggy. I was getting the same error message as lasadoor, which was one I had not seen before. Thanks for the back up link!

This site has intermittent DNS issues. Your computers are fine.
Is this just a guess or do you have more info on it? If you have a specific reason to think this (and better yet, fit it) please let me know.

This is one of those frustrating problems that members complain about from time to time, but since I can't reproduce the problem it's really hard for me to track down.

Can someone post a screen shot of the error page they get? Also, is it just on the main page http://classicbroncos.com or on other pages also? And are you using the WWW (ie. www.classicbroncos.com or just classicbroncos.com)

I was getting the "Explorer cannot open Classic Broncos .com Operation Aborted" error with both www.classicbroncos.com and classicbroncos.com. But everything worked fine with Firefox. You'd think DNS issues would give all browsers problems not just IE.

Searching around tech sites for this issue I may have a theory developing. For those that are having this problem please post with your answers to the following questions:

1. Is this just on the home page and gallery pages?
2. Is this just with Internet Explorer?
3. Is your error worded ""Explorer cannot open ClassicBroncos.com Operation Aborted"

Its not from my home page that i get an error message. It seems only with Explorer, because Safari worked fine this morning. Yes to number 3 that is the message i received. not having same troubles so far today, but we'll see.
