Hi guys - just installed a family cage in my 74. Looking for some ideas on colors for the cage. Would love to see some pics! Considering matching the dash and door panels (which are antique white), silver or black. Want to make the cage "disappear". Appreciate any advice!

I have photos of mine in my gallery when it was white and then silver...

I like the Corbeaus. The foam or whatever they use on the sides of the seats tends to roll under the side frame bar....I'm not a big guy (155lbs) but it still happened. Other than that they are very nice and comfortable.

The rear is a Bestop TrailMax II fold and tumble for a Heep. It works great.

how do you think they'd be for a bigger guy? i'm not fat, but i'm 6'2", 225lbs, 38" waist. i wish there was somewhere to go to try out all these seats they have online. it's impossible to choose without seeing them in person and sitting in them!

They'd probably be fine. I have lots of extra room. You might check the local 4x4 shops. Many of them have a few demos you can try out. I started out with some Procar's from Summit but quickly returned them as they were too big!

I switched colors because the white made the roll bar look like it was 3" round... also it showed every hand print and scuff mark... all you had to do was walk by it and it was dirty looking. The white also had a texture that made it difficult to clean.

The silver is a mettalic that I thought looked better with my truck and it doesnt show dirt and scuffs at all. It is a smooth finish which is easy to wipe down if needed.

Thanks. Was planning a smooth finish to wipe it down easier.
