That's terrible.
I have seen similar and I am helping a friend evaluate EBs from 3 states away. I should send him this link.

i once had a local shop tell me it was ok to stack blocks on the rear up to 12"s as long as you didn't use more than 4 of them

It's not the # of blocks, you just have to keep them even, unless you have Bronco Lean then you might need coil spring spacers too,at least one.

Bax ,what's the rest of it look like?

Oh my. Will it be scrapped?
Yeah pretty much a junk body. Some good parts to take off but the body is junk. Saving the running gear and frame. The 77 rear end is gone. looks like a 75 rear in its place.

When I was a mechanic, MANY years ago, we used to have a "Wall of Shame" in the garage. Rotors warn down past their face and into the cooling fins, Brake pads warn past the pad, backing plate, and into the caliper piston, shock pistons pulled out of their base, water pumps fins sawed through their housings, clutch discs completely worn away so only the center is left. Basically stuff worn WAY past replacement time, But I've never seen anything like Shamu's pictures let alone bax's. We should start a "Hall of Shame" thread so rookies know what to look for.
