My Bronco is almost ready for the road but I'm waiting to hear feedback from owners who purchased Eibach shocks from James Duff before I make a purchase. Surely some have bought these shocks just to have the latest! Your opition is much appreciated. John B.

They are mono-tube like Bilstein with Linear instead of digressive valving and have more pressure than the comparable Bilsteins. They have a larger Black Chromate shaft.
These were designed for an eb vs the off the shelf Bilsteins we often have to choose from. They cannot help but be better for an eb.
These are a great eb-specific-shock that fills the gap between the presently available Bilsteins and custom valved Fox or Bilstein 7200's, etc...

They are my next shock and I cannot wait to hear some feed back.

I've got a set sitting in the corner waiting to go on. Unfortunately my EB is still at the other homestead. Heading there this weekend to bring her home! Can't wait to feel the difference.

I have them with the Duck Tuff 2 1/2” suspension on my 1975 Ranger. I drove 250 miles round trip to the Bronco Super Celebration East in Townsend. The ride and handling delivered is worth every penny.

What shocks did you replace the new ones with? I have two old school 70/30 Duffs at each corner on a Duff 3 1/2" lift and am pretty happy with the ride, though I might not know what I'm missing.

Def would like to try, but they are made (sold) about 30 minutes from me in so CA
But can’t do a drop ship directly to me they have to go to duffs and then back here. Adds a lot to the shipping cost per shock.
Wish Duffs would do a drop ship or will call option. Hint hint

Yes, I hear you. I live even closer to the manufacturer than you. It might not be a JD "vendor call", maybe the manufacturer does not want to screw around with a drop ship, or a will call program.

I love them on mine. Made a huge improvement. If you look at the Bronco Garage videos we go into detail about the differences as well as driving with them.

I’m going to be ordering the Duck Tuff suspension in few months. I’m looking forward to testing these new shocks.

Keep in mind when we worked on these shocks and their design, it was designed around the Duff suspension components, spring rates etc. That being said I would expect similar improvements when coupled with other makes of springs like Wild Horse etc. but I would not expect the ride too be the same in comparison. These are engineered specifically for the bronco with improvements, inclusions etc. of things we liked from other tested brands as well as things we didn't like. So when installed on a bronco with a stiffer spring rate or less stages in the spring I would expect the ride to be a little more harsh based not he spring rates its coupled with. The springs are responsible for compression, the shocks are the rebound control.

I got the single 12" version on the rear of my Bronco with WH 3.5" leafs and extended shock mounts...

You get great travel with them. I don't think I've seen another 12" shock that is compressed at a low 17.75" (29.375″ extended, 17.75″ compressed) so that is great for articulation. The feel on the road is great. Goes around turns well, accelerates well. One thing I'm not sure about is they're bouncy with my setup/Bronco and not too soft. Could be my WH leafs though and the bounciness is actually kinda cool. I run a soft top without a spare which for sure makes me lighter and affects things... For a shock in this price range they'd be hard to beat. I've got 2.5" reservoir ADS racing shocks in the front and want to upgrade my rear sometime too, but for now those new Duff shocks are going just fine

Just curious if Duff changed it's spring rates, as mine were purchased late nineties?
