Is this usable for a swap to adaptor and Dana20?
What would I need to do to make it work?

Mad, that should bolt up to a Cleveland or M motor. You’ll need a Tim Meyer flywheel spacer, you’ll need to have the flywheel redrilled to use a 460 clutch and pressure plate, that trans will bolt up to a np205 tcase with a slight mod to the back of the trans housing. Not sure about what you need to adapt it to a Dana 20. You will also need to use a starter with a longer snout due to spacing the flywheel back because the input shaft on the ZF is short. I used a starter do a 351w with a c6. I’m sure I forgot some stuff. It’s been a few years since I did mine. PM if you have more questions

I think you’ll need more than a Dana 20 adapter to make it work.

While at it double check the output shaft part numbers between 2WD and 4WD. You might need a trans rebuild to swap the output shaft as well.
I see the 4WD as a slip on and the 2WD has a bolted on yoke. So I am pretty sure they are different. That might include the length and splines as well.

That seems like an awful amount of work for no guarantee it works. 4wd ZF5s are pretty cheap now a days. I think I got mine for less than $500.
