    Serpentine Idler Pulley Belt Walk

That bracket is one sold by BC and WH. I thought that maybe the a/c compressor was out of alignment, but I found that it was actually the p/s pump pulley not being offset to the rear enough.

    Serpentine Idler Pulley Belt Walk

No, I never posted anything about it. The incorrect pulley was plastic with a steel center hub, while the correct one is all steel. Dorman 300-202.

    Serpentine Idler Pulley Belt Walk

I have that same bracket and had the same issue with the belt walking. Turns out, the offset on the power steering pump pulley was incorrect. With a little research, I found a pulley with the correct offset and haven’t had a belt walk off since.

Lightning upper intake, vacuum and other hookups

Here’s my old Lightning upper with the fittings I used. The 3/8 barb 90 was for PCV and the other one was for the fuel pressure regulator. All other threaded ports are plugged. And yes, they all come threaded from the factory.

    Rear crossmember

Well, for starters, I have a 14 bolt axle and it takes up a fair bit more space than the 9”. It’s pushed back 1” now, and the upper link brackets are going to hit the crossmember. I’d like to push it back a few more inches.

    Rear crossmember

What is everyone doing with the rear crossmember when you link the rear and push the axle back a few inches? Pics appreciated.

    Triangulated rear link suspension

I’m shooting for 36” but will probably have to settle for about 34” on the uppers for now. 4R70W/Blackbox Titan/NP205 and an additional crossmember complicates packaging. Once I do the full 4 link I’ll probably move the axle back a few more inches. I already have another set of 14” Radflo...

    Triangulated rear link suspension

Hey Steve, do you happen to remember what length the links are? I’m setting mine up very similar to Stout’s and will be doing the uppers for an antiwrap prior to doing the full swap. Parts should be here this week if Ruff Stuff gets around to shipping them.

    Welding Help

I use a fairly thick piece of copper plate on the backside of the material and .023” wire. Keep the heat low and don’t dwell in one spot too long.

    4R70W torque converter code

These are most likely the 3 choices you have. Go with one of the high stall options. The first one listed supposedly has a heavy duty clutch, and is the one I used when my transmission was stock and I had a mild EFI 351W. Oh, and my 4R70W originally came from a 99 AWD Mountaineer.
