Would like to see where y’all are putting relays, etc. Also how you routed all the interior dash stuff.

What fuse box did he/you use? The Ford one or the rectangular one from eBay?

From my 67... This is the eBay box, but you can do the same with the Ford fuse box. I just put a 90* bend in some aluminum to make a mounting bracket. As far as routing wires, the large black connector usually disappears behind the upper Plenum. If you run the 4R70W, then I repurpose the mounting bracket for the large grey plug. The wires that go to the dash, well there always seems to be additional holes in a Bronco firewall. I like the hole in the angled section of the firewall next to the brake booster, I will see if I can find that picture... Found some that should work below.

And the holes still have tape on the inside from when I painted the engine compartment, but you can see it to the right of the ECU hole. That is where I ran the wires inside. Just below and to the left of the ECU rectangular hole is another hole with tape on it. 3/4" dia. I believe, that is where the heater control valve cable relocation needs to be. It is just above the top of the factory heater box on the inside.

Other examples, Some close ups from my 69 firewall, lots of holes to fill on that one. Hope these give you some ideas... Doug.

If I follow you..., only one fuel tank, so it runs along the Pass frame rail from the roll over valve on the top of the tank, to the front.
Thanks Doug, mine is an aero tank. Are you referring to the inertia switc or is there a check valve in the evap vent. Will post a pic later.

I talking about the tank vent line that ends up at the Charcoal canister in the engine compartment.

Garry added a canister purge valve to the Explorer harness for me. It kicks in at a little over 2000 rpm when you are constant cruising... If that is what you are asking. I sourced the parts/plug/valve from a Fox body mustang.

I am following, that is what I was referring to, you had me with canister previously and I have all that. the inertia switch is what I am not tracking.

Lets see, I think it is a green wire with a yellow stripe from the fuel pump relay... That feeds the fuel pump.
The inertia switch needs to inline with that wire, which I believe, it converts to a pink wire of the same gauge that runs back to the tank.
Been a while since I touched some of this stuff.
