So I've been thinking of ordering a 23 gallon tank for black friday, but ultimately I'm not happy with any of the options between pricing and fit for my stretch. So I'm building my own. Got it drawn up today and sending the file off for cutting/bending. 20.5 gallons. I designed it for a 15-19 F150 pump.

If these turn out like I'm hoping I'll probably start producing them.

I did my own too. Coulda saved you a little time drawing if I’d known. I made a couple of them,put one in my frame and traded around with a buddy for him one. Had no fuel in mine yet, but pressure tested with 5 psi air and spray bottle of soapy water and no leaks. Saved $$$$.

Nice. I did start off with somebody else's drawing, but I had to change quite a bit to accommodate the 6" axle stretch and the modern fuel pump.

With the design of that tank (pump plumbing) do you have an access through the floor to disconnect in case the tank needs dropped with the body in place?

A trap door wouldn't be a bad idea.

I have the pump offset to the driver side and all fittings should be accessible from behind the tire.

I built mine with the recess in the middle and it is almost impossible to disconnect the hoses. I disconnect at the filter and I put a joint on the return line to take apart. No room there to work very well. Just make sure before it is too late.

I don't have it 3D modeled, but imagine @hunter1's recess but rotated to the driver side.

I've been under the weather this week so decided to knock out something easy. The Intellitronix cluster reuses the original front bezel. I was debating on prettying it up but the Scott Drake bezel covers it all.

I put in a Barnes order for the 4 link stuff, except for the truss. I was locked in on the JL M220 truss, as far as I can tell it will fit the Ranger M220 perfectly, both pumpkins seem to have everything in the same place. It had come back in stock earlier this week but they sold out already.

I have a new problem from the stretch. 😬 The rear crossmember is right in the way of the eventual truss/link mounts, leaving me with 2" uptravel. I think I'm going to add another arched high clearance cross member a foot forward and then cut the old one out. Any holes in my plan?
