Anyone ever see door post repairs like this ?

Sturdiest door hinge post repair ever


And the striker post with the bolt welded in the corner is classic

I knew when I bought this rig many years ago it had quite a bit of bondo

But since I’d never owned a bronco before I never noticed the door posts were flat and didn’t have the little humps on them ,
Until a few years later when I was looking at other broncos at a get together and somebody pointed out that my doorposts were odd

Holey (pun intended) sheet metal, Batman! I’ve done some pretty sketchy fabrication in the past but that’s in a class all alone.

Hell I did post repairs like that in my younger days on an old farmers bronco so his door would work.

Love the part where they used a cutting torch to make the holes for the hinge .
