Has anyone ever seen a 1971 Bronco with the windshield hinge pop riveted on instead of welded or bolted?

No, because mine's a '68 that is pop riveted on. Hinge to cowel anyway, I forgot how I attached to the windshield frame.

I can tell you it can be done and will work. This is the way we attached the viewfinder windshield frame when they were available. If you are asking is that stock then the answer is no.
