Local Car Show tonight

It was an excellent day for a car show & I had the time so I stopped by the Tuesday Culvers show. There was a good number of cars for end of the season.

Not my usual show - Had to drive down Woodward & spotted a Cars & Coffee that was just about done. The GT500KR looked to be a legit survivor car not a clone. I'm sure I missed some nice cars & will have to check that show out again when my 66 is back on the road.

Rocking Rods in Rochester Mi. Always the Sunday before Dream Cruise. Left the Bronco at home - didn't feel like paying $20 for about an hour at the show. It was HOT at 10am so we checked it out & went home to work on my projects.

There were 3 or 4 more early T-Birds near these 3. The Shelbys were both very nice! The Challenger is a 440 Pistol grip 4 speed. No Broncos & the Toyota was one of only a couple 4x4s.

The Bonneville belonged to a friend of mine for a while & I got a chance to drive it - 421 Tri-Power 4 Speed & I think a 3.70 gear - That was FUN!

Dream Cruise in 6 days.......

Finally got to the Culvers Tues show(the show that started this thread) for the first time this year. Too busy, too wet, no insurance - everything lined up tonight & it was perfect weather. I really liked the Z/28 with the crossram 2x4bbls. I also liked the Savoy with a 413 Max Wedge with 2x4bbls - total sleeper! As always a few photos so you can enjoy.
