    Help with wh remote reservoir

Anybody have a diagram showing the hose routing for the wild horses remote reservoir for the power steering? I'm now running hydroboost and I would like to hook up the reservoir to help keep temps down. I also have the high volume pump that I can install if needed, but I've read the saginaw box...

    Hydroboost questions

When I bought my Bronco 4 years ago it came with parts for hydroboost. Now that I'm ready to install it I need to know what vehicle the hb came off of. I think it is off a 96-98 mustang. Can someone confirm? Also, can I remove the block on the top of the hb and plumb it without it? I need to...

    Power booster broke pic added

Have you guys ever had a power brake booster break? After changing the oil in my bronco I decided to take it for a quick drive. I just started to back out of the garage, and when I hit the brakes the pedal went to the floor!! At first the pedal came up enough so that I could push it again, but...

    Advice on axles

I'm wanting to beef up my rear axle. I'd like to regear and add an ARB. I don't plan on doing the work myself. Too expensive to take a chance on messing it up. I started looking at the vendors to see whats available. I can buy the gears and locker but I still need install. I saw Tom's offers...

    Non bronco question

I know this is not an early bronco question, but a lot of you guys have had fullsize Broncos and the earlier ttb f150`s so I thought I'd ask. I bought my son an 87 f150 4x4. It has the 300 6cylinder with a manual 4 speed. It also has factory double shocks in front. I found a set of 6 bilstein...

    2 questions Fitech and cats

When running the Fitech efi do I need to run a catalytic converter? I'm willing to if it helps get rid of the exhaust smell. Also, does running cats with a carburetor get rid of the exhaust smell. I don't want to lose power, but I would like to lose the exhaust smell.

    Homework for Ford

I've been watching a lot of offroad videos lately. Mainly checking out the trails around Ca. The new 4 door jeeps have sort of grown on me. When they first came out I didn't pay much attention. I won't ever give up my 69 bronco for one, but if Ford fails us with the new bronco, I just might get...

    Shop manuals

What shop manuals would you guys recommend for working on a bronco? I'm looking for one that's very detailed. Specifically. I want to learn how to work on axles and re-gearing. Thanks.

    Keep doors?

I don't plan on running stock doors or a hardtop, but I have both taking up space. My goal for this bronco is soft top and soft doors. Should I consider selling these items, or just make room to store them? If I decide to sell it in the future (don't plan to) will these items bring way more...

    Wild Horses roundup

Any Broncos from So-Cal driving to the Wild Horses roundup? I'm thinking of driving my 69 up, but this will be our first long trip, and I'm Not sure I want to go that far for our first trip. It's about 3.5 hours from where I live.

    DIY paint

How many of you guys painted your own rig? How did it turn out? I'm not great at body work, and I've never painted a vehicle, but I'm going to do it myself. I've started doing my body work and I was hoping to have it painted before the Wild Horses round up. I don't want to drive it up looking...

    Paint questions

I have decided to paint my bronco with spray paint until I can have it professionally painted. I saw a bronco online that is flat tan and flat green and I like the way it looks. I'm using the krylon camo colors. I painted my fiberglass hood with the tan color. I like the color, but the paint is...

    CA Very Nice

I've seen this bronco in person, and I have talked with the owner. This is very clean. I wish I had the money to buy it. It is definitely garage kept. He told me he took the hard top off not long after he got it, and it never went back on...

    Hinges

My bronco came with the quick release door hinges, and I'm having trouble getting the doors adjusted. Does anybody here have experience with these Hinges? Are they harder to work with? I like being able to take the doors off real quick, but I'm willing to get stock type hinges if need be.

    Here's pics

I've been a member on here for quite some time, but I have never posted photos. I bought this bronco in 2015. I paid too much for it. It ran but was not driveable because the p.o was in the process of putting hydroboost in it. The engine sounded good when cranked up, and started instantly. I...

    Borgeson Steering box

Anyone here using a new borgeson power steering box? Seems like a nice upgrade. My steering is sloppy and I would really like the quick ratio.

    Black sheep

I went to a meet and greet this past Thursday to check out a club called "4x4Him". A Christian based 4x4 club. I Met some great people, and I was invited to join them on a trail ride on Monday for Memorial day. The parking lot had around 15 jeeps, and sitting in the front row was my 69 bronco...

    Opinions

Camping season is coming up, and although we only make a couple of trips during the summer, I have always used my Tacoma 4x4. Its been a long time since I have had a bronco for going off road. My concern is with where we camp. We go to Monache meadows every year, and the elevation is pretty...
