    James Duff customer service sucks

Seems like this is the best solution for everyone. You will not support a business you obviously don't want to anymore, and they can get their product back and figure out what went wrong to avoid any issues in the future. Sounds like a win win on both sides.

    James Duff customer service sucks

Wait. You filed a charge back for the entire purchase of the T Rex arms over bushings? Or a charge back for the cost of the bushings? Why don't you just return the entire set up and buy a different product?

Brake Booster Losing Pressure with Engine Running

All kinds of weird stuff with this set up. I was shocked to pull out the failed metering valve to see a blockage. That may have been the start of the issues. At any rate, new PV will be going in this week. I plan on doing a reverse bleed, then a standard bleed (out the calipers). I'm still...

ProFlo4 or Explorer EFI or Edelbrock Top End Power Package W/Carb

Yup. Law breaker over here just living my best life... :ROFLMAO: I put another sticker on the car the other day. I wonder how many modification violations I will get tagged for now.

    James Duff customer service sucks

Pretty sure we agree on just about all points here.

Brake Booster Losing Pressure with Engine Running

Swapped lines at the master cylinder. Fountain still shoots out the front reservoir regardless of if it's feeding rear brakes or front brakes. Rear Reservoir has obvious movement, but no fountain of fluid. Test drive, no difference in braking.

ProFlo4 or Explorer EFI or Edelbrock Top End Power Package W/Carb

https://460efiguys.com/ Was the site I was looking at. I understand the concerns about "Legal" conversions etc... My bronco is a 74 registered in the C_____IST state of California and is smog exempt. Not once have I had the DMV or a Police Officer inspect it. For all they know I have a...

    James Duff customer service sucks

Man... I hate to see this type of public bashing for one of our Bronco Vendors given how small our community really is. I kind of understand the OP's position if he was feeling left hung out to dry with no recourse, but it appears James Duff actually did respond and offer assistance of some...

ProFlo4 or Explorer EFI or Edelbrock Top End Power Package W/Carb

Was on EFI guys website and up until now was unaware that he sells complete kits. But man on man, a bit pricey for me.

@Grey owl Yup. Pretty much and expert at it by this point.

Brake Booster Losing Pressure with Engine Running

Back to focusing on these brakes. I'm wondering if I just swap out the proportioning valve considering the issues I had with it already. 🤷‍♂️ The MS is the heavy duty aluminum one from WH that is simply just 50/50 aluminum reservoir, so before I mess with the proportioning valve I plan to...

ProFlo4 or Explorer EFI or Edelbrock Top End Power Package W/Carb

Hmmm.. So now I believe your vote total either way is ProFlo 1 1/2, FORD ( :ROFLMAO: ) EFI 1, Power package 0.

ProFlo4 or Explorer EFI or Edelbrock Top End Power Package W/Carb

As far as I know, the cam shaft is stock. The furthest I've gone into this engine is removing the carb and replacing the thermostat housing. For reasons you stated above it sounds like your vote is for the ProFlo system. 🤷‍♂️

ProFlo4 or Explorer EFI or Edelbrock Top End Power Package W/Carb

I'm unaware of problems with Edelbrock not supporting their initial ProFlo systems. Is that really a thing?

ProFlo4 or Explorer EFI or Edelbrock Top End Power Package W/Carb

This decision is rapidly approaching my 74 with a stock 302/C4 Dana 20 combo. Not completely sold on the ProFlo system yet, but it sure does sound more my style than the ford factory EFI set up. Here is where my mind is at with this. ProFlo4 - Pro's for me are; One packaged system with...

Won't Idle, Carb, Possible Timing, and Definite Can of Worms Issues

Ahhh. Yes, that is an aftermarket vacuum cap thingy from the local auto parts store. I'll check it out. It's not rubber, more of a plastic type cap that comes in the little variety packs now. The actual brass adapter is whatever was on there when I got the Bronco, so I have no idea what is...

Won't Idle, Carb, Possible Timing, and Definite Can of Worms Issues

I won't say it out loud, because you know what will happen if I do. So, I'll say it this way... my garage floor is generally puddle free and the underside of the Bronco has the normal misty build up, but nothing significant... surprisingly. Excuse me sir. That is not a 3/8" hose. It is a...

Won't Idle, Carb, Possible Timing, and Definite Can of Worms Issues

Wellllll... because why not? Can of worms confirmed. Most of my vacuum leak issues may have been hiding in plain sight this whole time.

Brake Booster Losing Pressure with Engine Running

The entire system was purchased through WH. Deluxe front disc kit, booster, and master cylinder were purchased at separate times, but all standard sourced parts from them. I've never thought about the pads being bad... Thanks Paul. Going to square away my little issues currently with the...
