Alright I have the same leak and purchased what is said to be the shift shaft seal from napa. i have the valve body out and am trying to install this seal but some where along the line the original seal had been taken out and i am not sure what order the seal goes on the shaft in correlation...

Doors are in decent shape with some rust on the bottoms. Both doors have guts and windows inside and include the hinges. Pick up only I will not ship these. Sorry for the bad picture it is all i have until may 7th when i get home.
