    Hi Paul, Everyone Screens, at this point, will be up to the owner. The raw materials for this project is "creeping up there"... Still have to get an actual price on the glass. As for the opening, I have over 10" slide on the mock up. Again we'll see what I get with real glass. As for locking...

    Painting windshield hinge

    with windshield frame down. install dash and paint inside part of frame piano hinge. When it comes for time to paint the exterior, install rubber gasket, raise frame to 90 degrees, and then "stuff" the rubber gasket as far as you can on both the right and left side, mask over what hangs out...
