No problem mounting the dash (no dash pad), the inside supports were welded too.

Truck stops have 50wt since it is very common in OTR truck manual transmissions. Needs to be rated MT-1

The "T" type gears have a slightly lower low range ratio. FYI: During the crossover from "J" to "T' (72-73) type, (72-73) it was not uncommon to to have a stock "T" type case with a "J" type front output from the factory.

Making it work and doing it right are two different things....... Half of measuring the pushrod length is making sure you are measuring at the correct rocker angle. If not your guides will wear quicker than usual... TICK.....TICK......TICK....

You can always use tabs and bolt it to the frame.....
