    What have you done to your Bronco today?

    I got tired of working under the tub, so I braced it, built a fixture to mount to my rafters and hoisted the tub off. This will speed up my build and make life easier. Amazing what you can do in a two car garage!

    Since you are moving the axle forward, you can move the PS box back and run the pitman forward. This way no mods needed to the box. I am building mine this way right now and check out Danwheelers 3 link build thread. He did the same thing.

    raptor liner over the undercoat in a can?

    I went to bare metal using a wire wheel, then used an etching primer. Raptor lays down very nice. The farther you are away the rougher it gets. shoot a piece of scrap steel first to figure out how far you want to be away for your taste.

    Dan have you given thought to abandoning the Astro hydroboost and going with a Superduty Hydroboost? Loco and EFI are both running them and you can usually find a superduty on CL being parted locally.

    Any thoughts on recessing the filler neck in to the body? Looking at the existing war wounds on your upper quarters the filler neck is going to take a beating.

    If you have room thread a die on before you cut the stud and then as you take the die off it will clean up the threads.
