Seems crazy they would not offer a 2 door on the Heritage.

    Drivers side vent delete

I don't think it should be a big issue but I installed scoops on both openings which do help to prevent water from getting in. My driver's side is vent is removed/blocked off and my passenger side has a BC Broncos air intake.

1973 Bronco Radio Display stuck on

Stock radio or aftermarket? You say "speakers" with an "s" - so I assume aftermarket? If so, the radio may be wired to battery and not to key-on power. If you do still have a stock radio, then it maybe an issue with the radio itself.

    Time for Electric Steps/Running Boards

Just ordered the Rough Country steps. A friend has them installed and I looked them over real good. I think I can fab some sort of added rocker protection for them. We’ll see!

    Wheeling, sorta

This is exactly why everyone needs 2 early Broncos! Howard, with all the work and customizing you're doing on yours I would never run in through water or mud! You need a second EB to do a mild build for things like that. I currently have 2 - my wife's 100% stock 74 Ranger that sees only...

    Time for Electric Steps/Running Boards

My wife wants some electric steps on our new Bronco for ease of entry. Seems to be 3 popular options: Rough Country ($1099); Amp ($1599) and Rock Slide ($2419). Rock Slide is the only one that claims to be effective as a true slider IF you add the slider skid plate (add $604). I don't...

    2025 Bronco Stroppe Special Edition

If it's based off the Wildtrak it won't have the sway bar disconnect. So IMHO, the Badlands is better!!

    Cab wind and road noise

Wow! So you just mainly covered the openings below the top of the bed rails and the gap in front of the wheel well? That is an incredible reduction in noise as @nvrstuk points out. I installed the Hot Head liner with sound deadening and was a bit disappointed at the minimal difference it made...

Total Newb - Debate on type of build

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you can't do most of the work yourself I think it will be difficult to farm it out and make a profit. I would not recommend a "Total Newb" to take on either of those projects. My 2 cents. Good luck!
