    NWF Blackbox-i to Dana 20

    I paid $75 for a NP205 and $50 for another that was missing the rear output. $750 is stupid expensive IMHO... p.s. I'm one of the guys who broke 3 D20s over the years. All low range gears. Apparently they don't like high rpm sand running. No problem with the 205 so far.

    Whelp.. Squeal turned into engine torn apart

    There is a couple holes drilled in the o.d. of the harmonic (for balance). In the junk yards, I take a large allen key and but it in the hole and then rotate the harmonic until the allen wrench contacts the waterpump, preventing further rotation. you could also access the flex plate or flywheel...

    I started with some WH shorties and chopped them near the collector to turn the exit out over the frame and out. I have mufflers basically under the seat. I don't feel the heat there but my feet are toasty warm...

    Modern Factory Fuel Pump Module

    I did something very similar but with a sender from Mercury Villager I think. Modified the stock Bronco tank to accept it, including shortening the rods so it would fit. Jet pump feature works really nice. Wish I knew about the Silverado pump and adapters a few years ago. would have saved me...

    I loved my old 93 Ranger STX. Was the 1st vehicle I bought that didn't already have 100,000 miles on it... A week after I bought it was out at SilverLake Sand Dunes pounding sand... ;D
