Thanks Broncoman. I looked at mine, I have that raised up area on the exaust manifold by the red arrow, but mine doesn't have the hole drilled out. Can I drill and tap that? Is there a pocket under there? Seems Fathoms Bronco would have an exaust leak if it went into the manifold to far.

Its the same carb, pump, and set up I have on my 71. The previous owner put 66/67 doors on it, and I see he must have put the 66/67 engine in it too. Thanks for the pics Fathom, they proved my suspicions of an engine transfer were true.

I did it to my Dana 30. Used 74 Chevy spindles, and backing plates.

Some of those MPG are not too bad. My 170 six gets about 17 in town and with my 4.56 gears making it wind out, only about 15 on the highway.
