Going to the junk yard----what will work for 75 Bronco Ranger disc conversion??

Trying to decide on which heads to purchase for 351W. It has 3 inch lift. 3 speed transmission. 1. Do you get better performance (more HP, torque) from long heads vs. shorties? 2. If so Will long heads clear starter and linkage?

Also where can I find used Holly carb???

Thanks for advise I will check out that cam. Thinking about going with 33inch tires anyway, current tires don't have much tread left. Will the Holly carb perform as well on the road as Edlebrock??? I won't have it offroad much.

I want to beef up the stock 351W a little. I have a 75 Bronco with 4:11 gears original 3 on the tree trans., 3 1/2 inch lift, 35 inch tires. This will be 80% road 20% light off-road. (no rock crawling, just trails) So here is what I thinking what do think and any suggestions appreciated. Also...

Thanks for the feedback, any other 351W setups that have worked appeciated. I have to order everything so I am still trying to decide on which carb to go with. Secondly, is going to EFI much more expensive than adding carb and intake?

I am running 4:10 and it seems to do well off the bottom. I can punch the gas in first and make em bark. I also drive 2 hrs on the highway to my hunting land aren't 4:10 gears better than 4:56 for the highway?

I went with Line-X for $480 just had to take off top and take out seats. They did all prep work and looks great.

Thanks for the input on the carbs. Just got the ignition worked over. There is carb specialist in town with new and rebuilt so i will see what they have. I will get the new airfilter. and don't know what the h**l your talking about the plane on the engine.
