1969 manual column, the lower bearing assembly is gone, just the clamp remains on the shaft. Just need to know how and what belongs there. Thanks

I know it's a bad combo but its all I have :cry: Drive home today it wouldn't turn left very easy..The po. did some creative fab work installing the 150 box..The lower bearing came apart and a clamp was rubbing on the bottom of the column. I have a nice CJ column left over from a flat fender...

The 75 bb housing (3:50's)that I installed in my 69 had the small thin line carrier bearings. I wanted to use the trac-loc verses my detroit 4:11's), but no go. :cry:

No problem if they're both 28 splines or 31 splines.(axle spline count) broncos stock came with 28 spline axles.

When I bought the Bronco it looked like maybe a weeks work that was two months ago:o . I since did a complete re-wire, hei ignition, 3G alternator, rear bb housing, and lots of cleaning up of the previous owners hack jobs. But I finally drove the Bronco today and it runs, drives fantastic! 8-)...
