    US Shift Quick 1 O/D On/Off

I am pretty sure this is how I wired mine so I must just need to go into the settings and make sure it is set to the right switch option.

    US Shift Quick 1 O/D On/Off

Here is the diagram I was going off of. This means that when the button is engaged the #4 pin should have 12v power right? I am also going to make sure the setting is correct on the software

    US Shift Quick 1 O/D On/Off

I am wiring up a switch to my transmission controller and running into a problem. I have confirmed I have 12v power to the dark brown wire at the controller when the switch is pressed in but it still shifts into 4th. Is there any thing I need enable tuning wise or on the controller before this...

    Beadlocks

I finished mounting all of mine and just like you, no need for balancing with 37" cooper stt pros! I made a set of DIY beadlocks last month, it was a waste of time, one leaked and none of them could be balanced. Very happy with the methods.

    Beadlocks

I just bought Method 105 beadlocks, 17x8.5. I have heard good thing about them from the jeep community. I mounted one last night and will get the other 4 together today. I will update once I finish and get them balanced but so far they seem very nice! They are running a sale right now, I got...

    Steering Box Identification

I went through some old paperwork from the po and it looks like it was a wild horses kit bought back in 2007. Has anyone added hydro assist to one of these?

    Steering Box Identification

Hey Guys, I am in the process of installing a PSC ram to help turn my tires while on the trail. I was following John's writeup (https://classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=271821) and instead of making sure everything looked the same, I bought all the parts and then noticed after that I...

    Spare tire carrier design

That is what I thought. I was planning at some point on running some tube from my roll cage to the body to help get rid of the gap between the body and the tailgate. Seems like that will solve both problems.

    Spare tire carrier design

Has anyone built a spare tire carrier that mounts to the body like this? I know the stock one mounted to the body but with a 35" tire hanging off I wonder if I will need to brace the body to prevent the tail light housing area from bending out? If anyone has built one similar I would love to...

    SpareParts Cage Build

I am looking for some advice for a bikini top option for this cage. I used my old non family cage bikini top since I finished the cage but it ended up getting torn to pieces because of the way the back flapped in the wind. I am worried that if I get a family cage bikini the back will still flap...

    SOLD Ford EFI System

I have talked with EFI Guy about tuning mine to dial it in and that is still on the table, but I really like the idea of being able to mess with the tune myself with the new Edelbrock EFI system. If no one wants this setup I will probably just stick with it, I am just interested in trying some...

    Steering Bind

Paul, Everything is relatively new other than the steering box, steering shaft, and column as they are the only parts I haven't changed in the system. After 6 years of daily driving it, I now have a daily driver for my work commute and normal everyday driving. The bronco sadly doesn't get...

    Steering Bind

It seems to only happen in the same area of the trail where it is rocky and pretty steep uphill. I usually just back up and change lines to try to avoid it and have never really gotten a good look at the rod ends. I will try to reenact it and check on those.

    Steering Bind

Here is a recent picture after I put on the wh track bar bracket on the axle. I have heim steering. Maybe a heim is limiting the motion when the suspension is flexed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steering Bind

How to test what part of the steering system is to blame? Every time I go off-roading and I am flexing a lot, the steering wheel locks up to the point that it will not turn at all unless I back up and and relax the suspension. It has been an ongoing thing and I just assumed it was because I...

    Timing moving

I had a similar issue where I would check the timing and it would be off. Turns out the keyway of my balancer had became 4 times the width of the key so the timing marks were in different locations every time I would check the timing.
