    hydroboost.... again.....

Hey All, just to wrap this up. I ended up mounting the hydroboost directly to the firewall. I drilled a new center hole and 4 bolt holes so the HB would mount directly in front of the old clutch peddle. I put in a c4 so i had the old clutch peddle flopping around. I make a new peddle...

    hydroboost.... again.....

So it looks like I just need to mount the hydroB onto the firewall then climb under there and fab the rod to the correct length. Always sounds easier than it is. I called WyldHorses, their unit comes complete too. I just need a rod that's the correct length... Am I missing something? What about...

    hydroboost.... again.....

The mount that puts the hb running straight out is right on line with the engine cage. I'll call BC and/or WH today. I think i just need to adjust the throw on the pushrod.

need more travel at full compression

Hey all, just got caught up on this thread, thanks for all the input. Yes, the EMC rules are very restrictive. We spend a lot of time "reducing" the bronco's capabilities for the first KOH. At tech, it was really disheartening to see a lot of the work we did others did not and were still allowed...

need more travel at full compression

Ok, Stock pitman arm installed. Problem of the drag and tie hitting each other is fixed. However, now the drag link hits the crossmember. Well, it doesn't hit if the wheels are straight but as soon as I turn, it will hit. If it's not one thing it's another... I did get 1 1/2" back though...

need more travel at full compression

I'll change the pitman arm back to stock and see where that gets me. Yes 68, it was at Steve's place in esco. I brought it back to my place in Oceanside so I can work on her more often. Hey thanks for picking up the hydraulic connectors and line. Where'd you get the connectors? I broke one...

Jager2337 is the team name and you can find us on FB (Jager2337 Race team). Check us out, we'd love to have more friends on there. Yes, the tie rod is under the high...

need more travel at full compression

I'm trying to get more front end travel when my bronco is completely compressed. After 2 KOH's, we're finding areas of improvement. Currently, the limiting factor occurs when the drag link contacts the tie rod. I have the flat top knuckles with high steer arms and a drop pitman arm with...
