Steel hood spot weld came loose. Has anyone ever bolted new hinges to a stock hood? Any ideas? Thanks for any and all advice.

Wanting to add headers to my 302. What are the pros and cons? Long tube vs shorties. Stainless vs ceramic coated? I want to run duel exhaust with a nice throatie sound and not be to loud inside. Which headers are the best? Thanks for your advice.
