    67 Bronco Build

I started the day pulling the front driver drum/hub. Needed a new brake cylinder. Pretty nasty in their from years of sitting. Once back together I will start bleeding the brakes in an effort to be able to move under its own power. Fixed the throttle linkage and the motor started right up. So...

Pretty hard to find a throttle cable for my 6 cylinder. No one seems to have one. Looks like the white plastic noodle that the cable runs in has separated. Trying some JB Weld.

Hey Paul, I was wondering about the shock sleeve and if they went under or over the thin plate. Never had them so I went back and forth and said I have more to do so I will come back to that issue when I do the brakes and have the tires off. Thank You

    67 Bronco Build

Made a list of remaing items to get the Bronco started again. That has led me to all the small but important items in the engine compartment. I was very surprised to see that NAPA had the heater control valve. Mine was shot Not sure where that goes if it is mounted on the firewall or just float...

Trying to figure out the top bushing sequence and size. Since I don't have any bushings at this time. The lower gap is 1 1/2" so do they sell those?

    67 Bronco Build

So now the header is in I need to get the part that will transition to the exhaust pipe. The exhaust round seal are still on and I can see where the exhaust marks were. I measured that and it is 2.5 " So I guess a 2.5 inside diameter extension would be correct with either a 2.5 or 2" pipe
