Going to put some LED headlights in my EB, so I need some type of harness to plug them into?

No. The LEDs use a fraction of the amperage needed by any incandescent bulbs.

The aftermarket headlight harnesses use relays to give full power from the battery to the headlights. In doing so theres less of a load on the dash switch which can lengthen its life but like jockeys said the led's draw less than stock headlights so it's not really an issue. Most guys upgraded to the relay harness going with h-4s which draw more than the stock headlights.

Will any 7 inch round fit them?

Fit what? I'm guessing most the old trucks/cars used the same plug on the headlight to make replacing easy but I dont know for sure. The aftermarket headlight harnesses hook to the battery and basically plug in between the stock headlight plug and the headlight

Correct. But there are issues (always!) with some lamp housings being too deep for the relatively shallow Bronco buckets. This means you either find another light, or modify your existing headlight bucket to allow the new light to fit.

Some modern LED lamps have a different connector now too, but most of them that I've seen come with a standardized adapter harness that still allows you to plug into your old 3-prong incandescent/H4 style connector plug.

Thanks Paul, I meant to pick up a set from one of the vendors last week at Super Celebration but forgot to go back over there. I'll just get them online from them.

Does anyone make an LED headlight that doesn't look like it belongs on a UFO?
I bought these, 5 year warranty is cool too. I'm not much on the other style, and the price was good.

You can find them in kits, like the one below, or, if you have H4 housings you can replace the bulb with an LED.

Thx, this is what I was thinking of. But if I can use the hella lights and upgrade it would save me some bucks, maybe?
I wonder how the performance is with the LED upgrade using the hella housing as say a housing made specifically for the LED bulbs?

I here ya, I just wanted some brighter lights that wouldn't break the bank. These look like normal cube lights now a days and don't have that halo going around

They have a comparison picture on that page. I think they are just taking common housing and bulbs, relabeling them, packaging them as a kit, and jacking up the price.

I just installed some Hella H4 headlights about a month ago. I like the lens and the light pattern but I’m going to try some LED bulbs. Probably something like these from Amazon. I want something that is bright white but not obnoxious...

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the surplus Humvee LEDs made by Truck Light. I bought these;https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Milita...370978?hash=item23d846c122:g:Jz4AAOSwtP9e4Bjn. They look more like traditional lenses, fit perfectly well, can be found for much less than these, are top quality by Truck Light, have internal voltage regulating, and they only need a male headlight plug spliced to the LED wires. They don't need any kind of relays. The OE wire harness needs no "improvements". They work and work as well with 12V as 24V. The only visual difference is the fact that the Humvee LEDs stand out from the trim ring about 5/8". The beam pattern is excellent. The military would never have OKed their use on combat vehicles if there were some kind of problem.
