I believe there is a kit out there. Seems that most kits that I've found online uses Chevy calipers with E350 front rotors.
Anyone done this and got links and part numbers?

I bought it from Ruff Stuff for my 94 F350. It uses the El Dorado calipers and I opted for parking brake. Yet it install, it's patiently waiting in a box in the shop for its turn.

If using the caddy calipers check out the u-tube videos on adjusting the e-brake before you install em.

I can't find it but I had the part numbers for an E350 that 8x6.5 pattern with internal drum parking brake, I'll keep looking.... I'd be willing to try a SD rear brake and just adjust the bolt pattern, its not so far that it can't be done with a die grinder
