I would look into how Holley controls the fuel pump. I.E. when is that blue wire live and when is it not. Is there any sensor and logic involved, or does it just turn on when the ECU is turned on.
If the former, then you probably do not want or need the pressure switch.
If the latter, then something like the oil pressure switch is a good idea.
Does your IGN switch have the "ACC" position? If so, then if you're careful about where you power the EFI from you can turn things on using the ACC position and it will not turn on the EFI & fuel pump.
