Check the date stamped into the top rail.
That one is too new for what he is looking for though, as the 66/67 didn’t
have a cap on it, the cap was on the separate surge tank. ;)

Out of curiosity, I believe the 68's used the same radiator as well?
1969 was the first year without the surge tank?
