haven't had much time to check out my latest project but I was wondering if this is a full-time hub or a junk yard rig job?

Full time hubs were standard on all Broncos. Lock outs were an option. It just happens that nearly every Bronco was ordered with the lock outs.

Probably a splined 'slug' similar, if not identical, to the ones used on full-time rigs in the 70s.

So are the 66 hubs the same as the 77's ???

Todd I see you were part of thread from Bronco Chat-Archives dated 09/06/11 Important 1977 Bronco Facts. Is the 66 set up the same as what was referred to as the FULL TIME 4X4 that was a dealer installed option? Thanks Slim.

To be honest, I'm not sure, but I don't think so. Full time 4x4 in 1977 was a different animal available on the F100/F150 pickups with the NP203 transfer case. I'm guessing that build sheet was not a Bronco-specific build sheet.

Full time 4WD was the NP203 transfer case. Offered in half ton Ford, GM, and Dodge trucks from '73 to '79. Few ¾ ton as well. It was NEVER offered in an early Bronco. It was offered in the '78/9 Broncos.

The Bronco was built on the Dearborn truck line. So all matter of trucks ran off together. A build sheet that covers all models is very understandable.

Some of the build sheets show 360 and 390 engines and all manor of transmissions available. They were for the full size trucks on the same line, but not for the Bronco.
