Up for sale is my 1969 Ford Bronco.
A short bit of history on this thing. I bought the truck back in June from a guy in Englewood, CO. This guy owned the truck for 15 years and had purchased it shortly after graduating from high school. In fact, he purchased the truck from his best friend who drove it throughout high school. Potentially, the last 20 years worth of history of the truck could easily be had. I have put around 100 miles on the truck since purchased.
302 V8. Motor was rebuilt prior to my purchasing it and a 1988 block was used. Mileage on rebuild is unknown, but previous owner stated he believed it to be around 20,000 at the time I purchased it.
Edelbrock Performer 302 intake manifold.
Edelbrock 600 CFM carburetor.
Mallory coil.
Three speed manual transmission. Shifter is on the steering column.
Dana 20 transfer case. T-handle style shifter.
Dana 30 front end (needs a new outer pinion bearing according to previous owner. Front drive shaft is not installed.) 9" small bearing rear. 3.50 gears.
2.5" suspension lift (approximate, measurement of the bottom of the frame to the top of the Dana 30 axle tube are 9.5". 7" would be stock height.)
NO power steering.
NO power brakes.
32" BF Goodrich TA tires on 15" wheels.
I am in the process of replacing all the brake components to include drums, shoes, and cylinders. Additionally, I have all new tie rods and drag link in the box ready to go on the truck. All parts WILL be installed by Saturday morning.
Heater works like a champ on both low and high settings. There is no control valve hooked up to the coolant lines running in to the heater element, so you either have hot or off. I do have a control valve that will go with the truck, if you want it.
Primary gas tank has a small pinhole that seeps gas, not enough to drip. Auxiliary tank is not installed, but is included with the purchase. I also have an extra primary tank, without the pinhole, that will go with the truck
Body is solid, but there is some rust, but nothing that currently compromises the structural integrity. This isn't a show truck, but also isn't a beater to bounce off of trees.
Clear title in my name.
Included in this ad are a few pics from when I first picked the truck up and from a few weeks ago. On the link included are more pics taken last night, in my garage.
I check email several times a day. Feel free to ask any questions that come up. Sorry, phone access during the work day is limited.
