I'm selling my red '76 Sport. I love it, but I hate to see it be neglected for a while (at least 2 others are in front of it).
It has a running 302, with a Holley 4 barrel carb and Edelbrock performer 289 intake, Edelbrock valve covers as well, has long tube headers and Flowmaster mufflers. It sounds great! The engine does need some work, apparently has a burnt valve. It has a 3 speed trans with Duffy's floor shifter, T shift transfer case, also with Duffy's shifter. 4wd does work, and appears to be open front and rear. Has 4:10 gears.
It could use a set of tires. The 39"s are worn and cracked. One has a slow leak. Has old school Western wheels. I believe the lift kit is a 5.5". Bronco has Power Disc brakes, and power steering. I wouldn't consider it road worthy at the moment, but with a little work, it could be. You can drive it around your yard and on a trailer easily.
Does have some rust issues that need addressed. Front inner fenders, front floors, passenger side kick panel, passenger side door post and striker post, and both inner rockers need attention. Tailgate and hood have rust too. Could use a better hard top.
The state of Alabama does not title vehicles made before 1977, so I do not have a title in my name. I do have a Tennessee title signed over to me as well as a bill of sale. Check with your state and see what is required to title it. Some states can with a valid tag receipt, which I can get for you if needed. I'm asking $4,200 for it. Even with all the things that need addressed, it still has a lot of potential and gets numerous compliments. I don't have to sell it and I don't mind keeping it. Just wanted to see if I could get what I want out of it.
