White Line is freaky obsticle. I don't care for it either. I just close my eyes and drive smoothe and straight. It is easy if you do it right, a nightmare if you do it wrong. I thought Taad was going over for sure in there on Thur.

Thanks for sharing all the great photos Greg. Keep them coming.

Nice Greg. We didn't get to Lower Terminator this year. A little cocktail flu Thursday made for a late start.

Friday we began on Upper Terminator then made a wrong turn that turned out to be a closed trail called Twister. This off the grid trail turned out to be killer! Including a 5 foot water fall. Amazing obstacle. Then we ran Predator and did it in 30 mins or so with 3 broncos. Pics forthcoming. I am hoping to get the email with pics soon.

Saturday we hit Raw Deal, then our new CA friend, Terry, coaxed us into trying the upper section of Raw Deal. Holy Buckets was this amazing. Pics of this are below.

Awesome Stampede. The family did good in the raffle. My son won the kids coloring contest. One of the best weekends of the year did not disappoint again this year.

Had a great time as usual. Thanks to everyone we met and wheeled with. Here's a few picks from the journey. The new 14 ply trailer tires held up great. No wheel bearings failed. The snow on the way home kept everything nice and cool.

Raw Deal is such a fun twisty trail. It reminds me of what it would be like wheeling on the moon! A truly unique trail! Thank you for posting the pictures!

Ok...continuing Day 2....... the very next obstacle was another v-notch and you went up and turned into it.... Brad and I had made it through. As I was parking I heard some girls scream (Aurelio maybe? :D) and turned around to see this!!! Mykl was just climbing out!

Mykl was OK... Aurelio wasn't in the passenger side... other than pure adrenaline Mykl was good. He was a little pissed that his Tuffy Box hadn't been locked and spilled it's guts during the roll. Everyone pitched in to get things cleaned up and one of the Yota guys volunteered to tug em over....

Once over the Bronco fired right up! The exo-skeleton prevented major damage. We cleaned up the oil/gas spills, repacked the tuffy box and continued up the trail!

I let Tim have the wheel of the Bronco for awhile.....

IMG_4551.jpg

PB went after this optional line.... alot of tire smoke and banging but the Terminator wasn't going to drop her panties for him! Denied!

IMG_4557.jpg

IMG_4558.jpg

The two groups came together.....

IMG_4559.jpg

IMG_4563.jpg

Brad was up next to try the optional.... you have to get your tires wet as you got in position....it just slid around and wasn't able to make it.

IMG_4576.jpg

Tim making his way through the wet granite

IMG_4577.jpg

Mykl recomposed!

IMG_4578.jpg

Steve and Jackie looking good

IMG_4579.jpg

Poser shots.....

IMG_4584.jpg

IMG_4587.jpg

The Toyota doing a crazy optional

IMG_4590.jpg

I got hung up on my transfer case on a little ridge.... got a tug off from Brad

IMG_4592.jpg

IMG_4593.jpg

Bruised my pretty aluminum! :p

IMG_4596.jpg

We headed up Upper Terminator and decided to try Twister...... here's the notch at the start! We all got goofy!

IMG_4606.jpg

IMG_4607.jpg

IMG_4612.jpg

HAHAHAHA! Good times......

Steve let Jackie have a turn at the wheel......

IMG_4636.jpg

Putting the Bronco and it's rubber through the paces

IMG_4651.jpg

I think she's having fun!!

IMG_4647.jpg

PB blew out a sidewall coming through... him and Brad turned around and got him out as PB DIDNT HAVE A SPARE!!!! We continued on and were going to meet him on the out as he waited for Jake to bring him a spare.

IMG_4656.jpg

IMG_4661.jpg

As we continued up this trail none of us had ever been on we were met with this waterfall.... EDGE TO EDGE.....

IMG_4668.jpg

I decided to try the wall in the middle

IMG_4675.jpg

IMG_4685.jpg

Cheers from all!!! Up up and away!

IMG_4690.jpg

Mykl gave her a try.... to no avail

IMG_4733.jpg

We tried Plan B and up he came!

IMG_4746.jpg

IMG_4747.jpg

Steve was up next and wanted to try the far right.....I would not endorse that line.... just didn't look right and the consequences were a hard 8 foot drop off the left side.... so we got him lined up in the middle

IMG_4764.jpg

He too struggled on the middle line so we sent him left.....

IMG_4775.jpg

Mykl doing a great job spotting!

IMG_4777.jpg

And we are all through

IMG_4786.jpg

What a bumpy a$$ trail

IMG_4790.jpg

My perch

IMG_4793.jpg

As we raced the out road we ran into PB awaiting a spare

Ewe!

We got out of the Termintors/Twister and headed back to camp. Since it was Shelby's birthday we had plans for the family and friends to come up (25 peeps) to Kid Chillens Steak House in Black Canyon City at 6:30. After a much needed shower we headed up to the steakhouse and one hell of a birthday party for Shelby... by 10:00 pm he was off with his buddys doing Cozmic Bowling.... and we came back to camp and sat around the fire with Tyson and Kurt.... Nice meeting you guys! Thanks for your late night hospitality! End of DAY 2

one bronco from Flagstaff showed up that I know of. But there could have been ten I didn't know of. One of the pictures on the Facebook page shows the owner powerwashing his bronco off in the driveway in a bunch of snow (It is a very nicely resto-mod bronco)

One Flag Bronco I know of and 5 from the Verde Valley. Including the nice blue halfcab (right in front) in the group photo. Your right it was a blast even though I didn't win anything at the raffle this year. When my wife comes I do the easy/sightseeing runs and the Terminators when she can't make it. Did the easy stuff this year so no cool pics.
