You are TENT camping for God sakes! If you want full hookups spend the coin and buy an RV! ;D

Are you one of those glampers who mounts a window A/C unit in their tent?

Sorry, could not resist! ;)

I tent camp all the time. Its just nice to have hookups to cleanup or run a fan if it gets hot.

LMAO..me neither. But that is us..totally. We've never been known for allowing any "roughin' it" to enter in to our total camping experience. ;D

Like when I walked up to your fire the first time. A primitive camp site. But you guys were making frozen fermented berry smoothies. ;D

camping is a competition. Whoevers rustic red neck broke down crap converts into the nicest estate wins. We all know this is how it works.

This one's on my bucket list for sure

Without having to read back. Why the change of Venue?

Eoth - yes you will need to reserve a tent site. There is no common field area for tent camping, they are all individual sites. I believe all have a picnic table and fire ring, and a few have an outlet.

We have changed several times over the years (Paragon, Tellico, Gore, and now Rauch Creek). It helps keep the event fresh with new trails and places to go for the street cruise. Doing the same ones over and over and over gets a bit old.

We also found a campground that will have a LOT more ammentities for pretty much the same cost or less when comparing similar sites.

Basically, it was time for a change and to work out any bugs this year and next at a new location in preperation for an over the top MEB 50th blowout like we did for the 40th.

Appreciate the info sir and totally understand the need for change.

Hope to meet you all some day. Till then I'll be envious here in Missouri. Have fun.

I made my reservations at twin grove the other night. I was still able to get a cabin with bathroom so if anyone is interested in getting a cabin it may still be possible. It was around $100 a night with the discount, I didnt think that was bad at all. Now i just have to get the bronco prepped in time:)

I've been saving my money, my EBs, our tow rigs..and my liver..for exactly that event.

Keeping in mind, as I have, what an incredible blast the 40th was. ;D
