302 and C4

I am removing my 302 and C4 this winter and installing a fresh 5.0 and AOD. I want to trade them to someone who 1. has a welder and 2. will help me learn how to use it and let me use it for some body work. I want to do this stuff amidst the engine swap. The engine and trans are both strong, but they could both use freshening. The C4 needs sealing, but shifts are crisp, the engine needs new rings and bearings, but it's real strong. This trade needs to be in within 50 miles or so of Spokane. Thanks. Mike.
