Gents, through this forum I have established I have a 6cyl radiator with my 302. I have located a V8 radiator that has the fill on the side and the hoses coming out of both driver and passenger side  ....

My question to the Buddha's of bronco is will the new v8 radiator fit and how do I route my hoses and such? ;D Thanks!

I know there are differences in the core support between the I6 and the V8. So installing the V8 radiator into the I6 core support will require a little fab work. How much I am not sure.

When I did my I6 conversion using a stock V8 rad a little trimming was required. The core support may have a 90 degree bend about an inch on both passenger and driver side the I6 rad mounts to. Cut the inch on both sides clean, this will allow the V8 to mount snug up to the core support. I also purchased the upper and lower brackets from an EB vendor with poly mounts. Drill holes and mount. I ended up buying by hoses from the EB vendor also since I run the early model surge tank set-up.

Thanks Jed blake, I should be ordering my radiator today, found a used one from a member here for 50 bucks, he says its legit so for 50 bucks I could recycle it if it doesn't work. :) Unless someone has a nice aluminum one they want to donate!!!!!
