interco makes a sweet 32x9.50 as an alternative. I think they are pricey though?

Yea, these are nice, but around 230 ea without shipping. I may go with them. There are new BFG on classifieds, but those have wheels which I don't need. I talked with tire rack and they said all their wharehouses have orders for the 33 bfgs but they are still on hold. Must simply not be the demand for them to fire up the mold?

In a day or so I'm pulling the plug on the order. Procomp has some 30x9.5s I like I may go with. On sale at around 160 ea free shipping. Kurt

I guess the 33 line is on vacation. I ordered 33x10.5-15 wednesday and they are on backorder til the middle of May.

If you move up to a 16 inch rim you get a much larger selection of tire sizes and they are more redily availible due to so many manufactures use a 16 now days.

265-75-16 is very similar to the dimensions your looking for.

My favorite tire vendor is TireKrawler.com I have purchased 4 sets of BFGs from them in the last 3 years. Great service and great prices.

I'm prob gonna go with a 16" wheel and get a 235x85x16 ~ 32x9.25 or a 255x85x16 ~ 33x10
The 265x75x16 is a 31x10.50

Depending on the type of rim you got with, they are hard to find! I am searching now for a steel wheel. There are options out there for them but far adn few inbetween!

Well my 33X10.50-15's showed up today;D Problem being I didn't order 'Mud Terrain KM2's', they were supposed to be 'All Terrain T/A's'%) Anybody know how much shorter the mileage is and how much louder they are on the street? I really don't want to piss off the wife as this is her ride:-X

I'm running 285-75-16 BFG KM2s and have been for about 10,000 miles. They are nearly sillent on paved hiways at any speed. If you look the tread pattern is inconsistant. This keeps the tire from howling.

They hook up excellent on rocks and dirt.
They hook up good in mud but don't clean well without a lot of wheel speed.
They're a great deep snow tire but not a great icy road tire.
They have worn very well in front and back. No cupping or uneven ware at all.
They don't spin easily on pavment wet or dry.
I think they make an excellent on road tire and would buy a set for my F250SD if it wern't for the icy road excellence of the ATs I have on it now.

Thanks Bad 68,
We don't get much ice here in Appleturkey, little snow on occasion. I'll let the supplier know I'll keep them, I'm sure they'll be happy to avoid the added shipping. Maybe the wife will let me take it out for a test drive:D

Here is BFG rediculous reply when asked about buying their product:

We apologize the All Terrain T/A KO tires in a 3X9.50R15 are not available for retailers to order. Because of the number of backorders, we cannot provide a definitive date when tires will be available. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience.

We do not have access to tire dealers inventory so we cannot tell you if a tire dealer would have available stock.

We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing BFGoodrich.

If we can assist you further, please call us at 1-877-788-8899 (toll free) between 8:00AM and 8:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday or between 8:30AM and 4:30PM Eastern Time on Saturday.
