351 Oil Pan OK for 302?

I'm going to replace the oil pan on my 302 - trouble is, I'm having a hard time sourcing a replacement. There are a ton of suppliers that sell an oil pan for a 351.

(1) Does the bolt pattern for the 351 match the 302?

(2) I'm assuming that if the bolt pattern matches, the only other difference would be the depth of the pan - has that been an issue?

(3) If I'm way off in left field on this, does anyone know a supplier that sells a 302 pan?

Thanks!

Won't work. The 351 has larger main bearings. the rear sealing surface is a different curvature to match the larger bearing. You will end up with about half an inch gap at the back of the pan.

I have an OEM 302 oil pan off of my 69 302 if you're interested. I'll let you have it for the price of cleaning it up enough to ship and shipping.
