351W explorer serp lower hose

I am adding the explorer serpentine to my 351W and wondering which lower hose everyone is using. I have the radiator with the lower on the passenger side (stock bronco position) so it will need to cross over somehow. I know there is a pipe made by BC Broncos but wanted to see if there was a way to do it without having to order the pipe. Thanks

I used an '02 F250 7.3 lower radiator hose and used a piece of exhaust (?) tubing spliced in the middle. Don't remember for sure what the tubing was from. Upper radiator hose is 69 GTO. Both had to be trimmed a little.

If I remember right... you used the stock Bronco hose cut it in half and used a piece on each end of the cross over pipe.

a local exhaust shop should be able to make one for you out of stainless.

Thanks Steve, would happen to have any pics of the setup you used for that bottom hose?

I'm also running a 7.3 lower hose that has been cut and turned.

Nit running the Explorer front dress but dress from a van.

I didn't like the 7.3L hose so I used a small section of it along with a Dayco 81351

Came out nice I think. The Dayco is just a bit long but I didn't have time to search for a shorter one.

Here is a few shots of mine. Yes, that is a large zip strip around the hose and the frame. It's there because the van front dress has a smog pump down low that I wasn't running at first. I had belt squealing issues so I added a delete pulley to get the belt tension correct. the zip keeps the hose form getting int the pulley.

It's just a touch long but fit much better without the smog pump pully
