I am getting close to getting the injection built for the 400. Got most of the wires run and the fuel rails and injectors in place. I have to run the fuel system lines and filters. Getting closer.
OH, yes some pictures.

That should be one wicked SOB!!! Excellent work!!! I recently built an Aussie 408 for my 79 F-150 and it's stronger than I expected. But I'm running a 670 Truck Avenger; your injection should really make a monster. Keep us posted, I hope it goes well!

I Like!!!!

That is one awsum sled!!! Can you say pull the house off the foundation?
I guess I'm going blind what is the black box where the fresh air vent should be? I like the wheel and tire combo you have. Can you give me the brand, size, etc.

What a/c unit did you go with? I have the Classic Auto Air system still in the box. I can't wait to see more pics.

Black box is a storage container that takes the place of the fresh air vent. That picture is showing the location of the injection computer. I am using a Holley comander 950 multi port injection kit. Tires are Cooper STT 37'' x 17'' x 9'' Wheels are American Racing "Sindwinders"

Air is a Vintage Air Gen 4 unit. Check out the ''Hanging Meat " post. It is suposed to be able to cool a station wagon.

I am also looking for any ideas on where to mount the computers I have for the fuel injection and another for the AODE I am installing. I looked at the kick panel on the driver side but with my size thirteen boats I would beat the crap out of anything I hung there. Plus I am looking for a little more protection from the elements. ;D

So are you not running PCV or what?

Looks great, and that mounting for the AC condenser looks brilliant. Let me know how it works out.
