Yes, it will. But, for that price it should come with a shifter.

Agreed, as I'm sure my Duff floor shifter won't work with it. Plus he doesn't want to ship it anyway. Bummer

Very weak transmission Do a search FORD had Lot of problems with these trannys back in the day. They were mostly used behind Ford 6 cly in the F 100s. Yes advanced adapters made or makes one to mate to small block ford. Good luck!
