Izzy,
It's Al's Liner with Blue tint added.

Recently installed the window frames, door panels, etc. Used '93 Ford F150/Bronco mirrors. They turned out nice. Check the rear flex too. Plenty of clearance with these 37's. ;D. Gonna work on the steering column next, tasker!

Looks and sounds really nice. I like the rock sliders you made. What mufflers do you have on that?

Not sure about the mufflers. They were on it when we bought it. Here's another picture of the build. All parts have arrived for the front end and we'll be working on it!! No soccer this weekend!!!

Wow, great build. I really like the paint/rhino liner system you used. IMO, a good balance of bang-for-the-buck in this build.

The D44 is back together and installed. The F250 towers were not long enough to hold the Duff 8120's we had, so we ordered a new pair of Duff's shock hoops which we will be installing tomorrow night, and then adding the final touches to the front end, hubs, brake lines, stabilizers, etc. The track bar and drag link alingment worked well using a Wild Horses track bar raiser, no track or pitman drop, and a BC Broncos tie rod over kit, with 5 inches of suspension lift, 6.25 C bushings, and 1/4 inch wheel shims. Also installed the BC Broncos offset ball joints which keep the camber straight. Scored a good deal on used 37 IROKs. Setting up the gears was a PITA. I think we removed the carrier a total of 8 times to get it right!!!

Completed the shock hoops, drove it out of the garage on its own power, fixed a couple of quirks, played a little ;D. Mainly just needs dash wiring now.
