‘66 headlight bucket springs

Couple of question:
-are the’66 springs year specific as some other ‘66 parts ?
-are the springs left/right bucket specific ot interchangeable ?

i've seen some smaller diameter springs through the years than others but prob still same tension rating. no difference in sides.
