• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Fake. Was being sold on ebay and said it was in Nebraska. Not sure if the ad on ebay was even legit.

There are so many things that tell you this ad is bogus as soon as you see it. First, all caps for the description. The description is so generic. You could copy and paste that description and put it on just about any ad. The description repeats itself about it runs and drives great. The pics????? Could those pics get any more random and of things not very important.

The fundamental problem with scammers is that they're stupid, old-fashion dumb! Liars, scammers, cheaters and thieves are *really* only screwing themselves. To stupid to compete on the level in this big ol' tough world we live in.

I've done so many car deals in my life that I couldn't even begin to count them all, suffice to say many hundreds. Along the way I've made many great friends and contacts. And, I've been screwed a few times.
What's really interesting is that the relatively minor amount of money that I've lost to scammers obviously meant a lot to them, and pissed me off, but doesn't seriously effect my asset level.

In fact they're so dumb -SO DUMB, they must assume there are other people in the world as stupid as they are and/or their stupidity is somehow superior to someone else's dumbness......

People that truly have money, have built business' and made their own mark in the world, understand the importance of networking and building relationships, and certainly one or two, or a dozen car scams will never equal any serious money, but may end up w/ the scammer in jail or buried 6 feet under.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I own rental properties and for the most part have had good luck with tenants. A few years back I had one property that I couldn't get a decent set of tenants in to save my life. The idiotic excuses deadbeats gave, the amount of time they spent dodging my calls, and trying to fanagle as much time without paying rent as they could was amazing. If they spent anywhere near as much time looking for work or actually working as they did trying to get something for nothing, they'd actually be in a decent financial position. A lifetime of trying to screw people over, trying to get something for nothing, and being a dead beat and you're still broke. How's all that effort working out for you?
