Ad says u15, those mirrors don't always mean roadster, but who knows for sure on this one.

The top is also not a 66, so maybe. Could the mirrors be ordered on a wagon?

Yes they could. Doors and tail gate are 66', looks like it's had lots of swaps, switches and additions over the years.
