AZ 66 steering wheel,jack strap,t-case boot

Looking for a decent 66 steering wheel. Arizona kills them so having a hard time finding one here. Have been able to find the later ones but the 66 is different in how it the spokes from the wheel attach to the horn hub and there is an extra hole with a hook piece in the hub. If no one has a nicer one I will take anything that can be repaired.
Also the strap for the jack hold down for a 66 and the rubber tcase boot and the rubber steering column through dash rubber piece.
